Hi I need a price and order new Side load window channel balancers for one window. That's two parts. The number on the window balancer is 2950. Please let me know if you can help me. Joan

Hello,

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380-30 or S385-30 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need 2950 spring strength options for your replacement balances.

Hi thank you for answering my email. And all your help. I'm in closing 4 more pictures because I'm not sure of the measurements. Perhaps you can help me with that too. Let me know which you think I should order and then I suppose I just called the number and give them my Credit card number. Thanks again Joan

Unfortunately, we can't make out accurate dimensions from photos but if the shoe is over 1" deep, which looks like it may be based on your photos, then you would need the S385.
