A contractor from Lancaster PA says:
This is for a double casement window. Pictured is the hardware I have, I need a matching set that is handed the opposite way.
A contractor from Lancaster PA says:
Here is a picture of the window.

Casey from SWISCO responded:

Thank you for writing in. Your operator appears like it's mounted to the window sill. That said, we'd like for you to take a look at both our 39-021 and 39-358. These are a little different in style, but both mount to the window sills. Look over both parts in more detail to see if either of these could work for you.

A contractor from Lancaster PA says:

Hi, Thank you for that information.

However both of those options are slightly different than the existing cranks. Do you have any other options?

Just FYI this is a metal casement window.

Thank you,

I'm afraid we don't have a more exact substitute as your operator is no longer made. The suggested parts are our closest matches.
