Thanks for posting. Looks like you need to replace your spiral balances. These spring-loaded mechanisms enable the opening and closing of the window sash at will. When these fail, you cannot keep the window sash raised open. Judging from your photos, it looks like your balance's outer tube is 3/8" in diameter and 29" long. If so, see our S900-29 Spiral Balance. You'll need to select a color tip option: weigh your window sash, and match that exact weight with one of the weight ranges listed alongside each color option on the product page.

You also show your pivot bar and pivot shoe. For the pivot bar, start by looking at the 26-068. Go over all the dimensions and see if they match. For the pivot shoe, I can't say for certain without knowing the width and thickness of the shoe. But start by looking at our 15-015. Compare all the dimensions and see what you think.
