No bottom part of the window that go in to your balancers

I'm not sure what this piece is called I have a catch a photo it goals on the bottom part of the window that goes into the balancer and makes the balancers go up-and-down what are they called

This is called a pivot bar. I believe our 26-366 is our closest match. I can't guarantee it would work for you, but look it over and let me know what you think.
