No brand name Channel Balance with 32-5 stamp

Thanks for posting! It does appear that these can be replaced with the S385-33 channel balance but you'll need to be sure to double check the dimension for the bottom shoe; 1-3/8" is much larger that the 1-3/32" measurement we show. If your measurement is truly 1-3/8", you may need a different shoe for your balance.
If your shoe is closer in measurement to ours, then the 3250 stamp should work fine. You'll just need to double check that your sash falls in the weight range shown on the chart below the product description.
Thanks for your reply. I remeasured the bottom shoe and it is actually a little bit smaller at 1-1/4". The wing looks much thicker) Can 1-3/32" fit? Or does SWISCO have bigger bottom shoe?
Can this wide bottom shoe be found on the market?

The S385-33 may still "as is" to complete your repairs but I cannot make any guarantees. We cannot provide you with a direct replacement for the shoe but you may be able to install your old shoe to the replacement balances.
You'll need to drill out the rivet from both of the balances and then use the 62-005 Rivet to attached the shoe to the balance. Take a look at the video tutorial below for reference.
