No drip liner, would this product work

Thanks for posting. As long as there is room to install this drip rail--yes, this is a pretty versatile design that works with a lot of different shower doors. Let us know if you have further questions. 

I certainly think you could adapt the 10-324 to this door, so long as there's clearance for it. See the end profile dimensions below.
