I purchased 15-045 before removing these. That one is not thick enough and the pivot hole is too small.

Ah, sorry to hear the 15-045 didn't work out. I think the 15-173 could work, though. This pivot shoe has the larger cam size and it's 9/16" thick. Just look it over to be sure you agree.
