No identification on windows or hardware

Locks have totally dicentigrated, the windows are what I would describe as almond in color. The window locks have a 2.5 inch hole spread for screws. No keepers needed on these locks. What is your suggestion for replacement?
What is your return policy? Shipping policy on returns?

Thank you for your patience during this busy season. Can you confirm the center-to-center hole spacing? We haven't been able to find anything this style with a hole spacing of 2-1/2". The closest we were able to find was our 90-005 with a 2-1/4" spacing.

Yes, I believe you are correct. The space between the center point of the actual drilled hole, center point to center point is 2 1/4 inches apart. So sorry for the error in measure!

Tom, I am so hopeful that these replacements will work well for my home, I will place a small order to see how these work for me and if they work well I will place a second order to cover all 45 windows so I have matching hardware throughout my house. I cannot thank you enough for going to so much trouble to check on the captibility of the lock. You?re customer service is extraordinary! Paula
