No information on wheels

Question

The wheels are on a Viking Mfg patio door. I removed them and thouroughly cleaned and lubricated both. I discovered that one wheel had its bearings loose. I guessed wrong about which wheel to buy so I reinstalled the original wheels for now. The door slides much better but I do want to fine the correct wheels.

There is a good chance we can supply you with the replacement roller needed for your sliding patio door but I'll need a bit more information to properly identify the right replacement. To start, I'll need to see a photo of the back of the roller, to see the placement of the adjustment screw. I'll also need to see a photo of the top of the roller.
