No key to unlock the door

I recently moved into my new home with this exact sliding glass door but no key. I was wondering if i could just purchase this keyed handle set and use the key to unlock my door or will i need to replace my entire set in order for the key to work?

Thanks for posting. Good question. Each keyed handle set has its own unique set of keys, so short of going to a locksmith to get new ones made, you'd need to use an all new handle set. The 82-086 is indeed the correct replacement. Let me know if you have any other questions.
