Thanks for writing in. I'm afraid we can't narrow down the manufacture from these photos--however if you're looking to just replace parts of this casement window, it probably won't be necessary. The majority of this type of hardware is generic and used by many different brands. If you are looking to replace the casement window operator, for instance, we should be able to assist you from photos and dimensions alone. Could you show me a clearer picture of the entire operator mechanism, including the arm(s) that push and pull the window closed? A bird's eye view, with either the operator removed from the window or at least with the window open, would be best. From there we can start to narrow this down.

If you need the lock shown in your photos as well, it could be something like our 38-095 & 38-096 or 38-138 & 38-139, but removing an old lock from the window so you can clearly compare its dimensions to either pair I just mentioned is the only way to confirm what you're working with. Let me know if you have further questions, and if there's any other parts on this casement window you need to replace, send us clear photos and we'll do our best to assist you.

Hi, Thanks for the quick response. We found the manufacturer and they are going to replace the parts as they are covered by the warranty.
