No marking on roller units

Question

Need to know what replacement rollers I need for the my sliding glass door, photos provided. Provided photo of the label on the door frame. It's the only written info on the door, not sure that is helpful.

Hello,

Our closest match appears to be the 81-154 roller assembly. The top screw in this roller housing is the adjustment screw. We believe the elongated cutout at the top of the housing must slide into the glass door frame to hold the roller in place. If so, you may not need the installation hole on the 81-154 housing. Review the dimensions below to see if you could adapt this to work for your repair. Thanks for posing!
