No markings

Hello! This looks like a pretty standard non-tilt window channel balance at first glance. However, your photos only show the top nylon fitting. The bottom appears to be missing.

I will need a clear shot of that component before I can make a recommendation. Please let me know if that would be possible. 

Thank you. Thanks for your photos. Based on what I see here, you have either our S380-27 or S385-27, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.
