Thanks for reaching out! Your exact balance is no longer made but the good news is, we have a replacement solution that has worked very well over the years. 

We recommend replacing these balances with our Series 500 Spiral Balance. It is a bit difficult to confirm from the measurement in your photo but I believe you'll need the S500-34. Our balances do not have a white tip but I believe you should be able to use the red tip option, which can support a sash weighing 12 to 30lbs. Although, you may want to double check the weight of the sash to confirm that it falls within that range.

To replace the bracket, we suggest using the 17-012.
