No markings on coil balance

Your photos resemble the 15-180 Pivot Shoe, which works with Series 190 Coil Balance springs. We offer the 15-182 bushing and 15-186 clip to support the coils. You'll also need to locate the numbers stamped on your original coils to choose the corresponding strength options. If there are no stamps, you'll need to weigh the window sash and divide the weight by the number of coils used on each side to determine the necessary strength options.
