No markings but blue in color spiral balances

Your photos resemble the (3/8") S900-28 or (5/8") S600-28 spiral balances, depending on the diameter of the plastic housing tube.
It also looks like the pivot shoe the balance connects to is broken. There's a good chance we can supply replacements but we'll need to see an intact pivot shoe uninstalled to compare to our selection. Please also write out the exact width and thickness of your shoe. Thank you!
The S600 actually measures 9/16" in diameter, but is considered 5/8" in the trade.

The S600-28 would be our best match as long as the product images and 9/16" diameter match yours. The blue tip option for these balances will support a sash between 12-31 pounds.
This particular type of balance is not offered in 1/2", but 9/16" is very close, so this may very well be the correct replacement.
