No markings on doors

I've sent pics. Sliders are full size and it's the gaskets which need replacement. Only marking I have is ON PLANS. That identifies 8090MU

Doors are Norco. Built in 1992 and original to house. Do you have weatherstripping parts?

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we'll need more information to get started. If you could show us an end profile photo of an intact piece of seal uninstalled, that would help us narrow down your options. Thank you!

I don't have any uninstalled, so pics I sent are probably best I can do. Horizontal at top is secured by screws int hard surfaces and gaskets are held by those. Vertical does not have screws so is probably pressure fit? Again hard center w gaskets on either side.

Casey is correct that, unforutnately, we will not be able to identify your weatherstripping while it is still installed. There's simply not enough information to go on since we can't determine how it installs or the overall shape to narrow down your options. If you're able to remove the seals at some point to take photos, we'll be happy to research this for you but we won't be able to proceed without photos of your seals removed from the frame.
