The windows swivel out. The part that needs replacing is the stud bracket. The bracket has only two holes for the window pin.
No markings on the window.

Unfortunately, the track slide for your casement window hinge is not available separately. We do offer the 36-048 hinge set but you would need to replace the top and bottom at the same time. Take a look and review the specifications from our product page below. Thanks for posting!

I wouldn't say universal but they are versatile and are used across many different window manufacturers.
