Shot in the dark as I don't have any markings on the balances, or windows. Windows were installed when I bought the house so I have no idea where they are from. They are block and tackle balances but non of the parts look similar to what is available on this site. They are also broken but I took pictures of the shoe and the balance. Hopefully you can match it to something.

Thanks for your post! There is a chance we can provide you with a replacement recommendation for the balance you need. Although, I will need to see a photo of the bottom attachment that connects to the shoe to identify the correct replacement. I'll also need to see a photo of the shoe removed from the window.
When installed, does this balance screw in at the top of the window channel?
I'm sorry to say these photos do not help. These photos only shoe the end of the pivot bar that interacts with the shoe cam. This is what helps the window to tilt down and up. The piece I am requesting to see if the attachment at the bottom of the balance that attaches to the shoe.
Once you are able to get the additional photos, I'll be happy to take a look at them.
