No marks on the operator, I have model with butterfly and long swivel

Looks very similar to model 39-277 and 278,
but the dimensions are: vertical distance between screws: 5 1/4" distance between the two bottom screws is : 1" , openning in the flat bar is 3/8". And the length of the flat bar between the two openings is 2 5/8"

Hello! Have you seen our 39-012 and 39-011? These appears to be closer in size to your original. The hole distance between the bottom holes is a bit larger, though, so you may want to double check that to be safe. Make sure to measure from the center of each hole, not their edges.

The link arm is also a different size, but that doesn't really matter all that much. As long as the hole is the same diameter at 3/8" it should be fine.
