No name or number on broken sliding piece.

Question

Several windows (12 slides) need this part replaced. Putting the house up for sale the first of August and would appreciate feedback as soon as possible.

Hello!

It looks like you need a new sash release lever. Our selection can be found here but we'd need to know the length and spacing of the forks. Note that you'll want to use an undamaged version as a reference.

It'd also be a great help if we could see the internal latch removed from the window. In the meantime, we've related a video on this page that you may find helpful.
