I'm not sure if we can supply suitable replacements for your handles but we'll need a bit more information to confirm. Please write out the exact distance between the center of the installation holes in your handle set. We'll also need to see the lock in the center of the door that the handles engage with. Thanks for getting back to us. Your handle set and mortise is similar to the 40-214 but this assembly is designed for security doors. The hole spacing is also a bit different from the dimensions tyou've provided. Review the specifications below to see if this might work for your application.
