Thanks for sending in your photos. Please take a look at our 82-086 Legacy Keyed handle Set. If your mounting screw holes are 3-15/16" apart and your door thickness is between 1-1/8" and 2-1/2",  I think this could be a good replacement for you. Let us know if you have questions.
