The outside ring of the circle is 1 1/8
These are two different "housings"? (not sure what they are called)
but as you can see the lower one has a rounded shape on the left corner...cut out. I need to match just one style for a balanced door.

This roller can be replaced with the 81-090 Sliding Door Roller, which features a concave wheel. You'll need to carefully compare the dimensions from your roller to those shown below to confirm it will be a fit in your door.

The part 81-090 looks like a win.
What roller replacement do you recommend for the top of the door?
The last time it was worked on the rollers were mismatched causing the door difficulty opening and closing.

I'm happy to help and I'm glad to hear the roller was a match. To determine what rollers would be needed at the top of the door, I would need to see a photo of them removed from the door. Without photos of them, there is a high likelihood they would be mismatched.
