Only the lock side needs replacement; the hole is where the screw is. The door is only 1 1/8"; all the replacements I've found say 'fits door 1 1/2" - 2".

Hello there. See our 82-030B Handle Set, which has an offset key lock just like yours. This handle set comes with a bunch of screws to handle various door thicknesses. In the very worst case, you could reuse your old fasteners. Let me know if you have any questions.
