When these windows were installed he said they were better built windows. Not sure if that helps. They were installed in 2005. I have 5 of these windows and all of the balances are broken. Let me know what else you need I know this isn't much to go on.

Your balance assembly resembles the 15-180 pivot shoe that is compatible with the Series 190 coil springs. Please review the overall style and dimensions to confirm a good fit!

Review the metal coil to see if there are any numbers stamped on the metal that determines the weight option needed. If there is no stamp visible, please provide the weight of the window sash to move forward!
