A quick learner from Pittsburgh, Pa says:
I removed the bottom frame member. It appears that there are no screws attaching the roller assembly to the frame member. It looks like the roller assembly is press fit into the frame member but I don't want to try to force it out until your experts have looked at it. The roller still rolls but the height adjustment screw in totally rusted and cannot be moved on both rollers. I cannot see a similar assembly in your gallery but you may know of one that will do the job?

It's tough to tell what your roller is, but it looks similar to our 81-112. As for why it won't come out, I can't be 100% sure. It may just be kinda rusted in there. I would be careful when removing it to not damage the frame.
