Looks like you need a new pivot shoe. We sell a great many, but in order to narrow down the list of possibilities you will need to first remove the original, then measure its width and thickness. If you tell me those two measurements then we can check for a match in our inventory.

Please note that all dimensions must be written out in your response to us as precisely as possible. A photo of a tape measure will not be sufficient.
