While it looks the same, it is not. the adjustment screw is in the wrong location for it to work.

Hey there, maybe I can help. Take a look at the newer style 81-112 Peachtree roller. From what I recall I believe this might fit your door, even though the design is very different. Compare our dimensions to your original, and adjustment screw location. 

We also carry the 81-272 the roller and axle kit. In a worst case scenario, assuming you can't find anything that matches, you could just replace the wheel with this and reuse your housing.
