I need the replacement spring for the pictured item. Is it possible to get replacement tabs for the same window?

Hello,

This looks like a 15-180 Pivot Shoe, which uses the Series 190 Coil Balances. Take a look and let us know if you have any other questions.

As for your tilt latches, we would need to see a photo of an undamaged latch removed from the window, along with dimensions, to compare to our inventory. Thank you!
