This appears to be a plastic part with a metal retainer to support the pressure from the spiral balance. Looking for several replacement sash cradles. Any ideas?

Hello!

Your window parts came from a former manufacturer called Unique. Your broken pivot shoe is no longer available. However, if the width is 1-1/4" wide and 17/32" thick, you can use our 15-015 pivot shoe as a replacement. Take a look at the videos we've associated for you, you may find them helpful.

The Pivot latches arrived today and they are the correct size overall but the opening for the sash rod are too small. Any idea as to another one that has a larger opening for the sash rod. Attached is a photo of the old one and the new ones form Swisco. Let me know ASAP so I can order more.

We have our 15-212 that measures 15/16" wide and 3/8" thick with a larger center cam that will accept 5/16" wide x 3/16" high sash pivot bar.
