No opening to take out shoe

My windo has no opening to remove the parts to replace with new ones. Also how do I know what parts to order.

I can't be sure with the hardware still installed but once you're able to remove it, you can start by comparing your parts to the dimensions shown on the 15-111 pivot shoe product page. This assembly uses the Series 160 coil springs.

As for removing your original balances, we recommend the cutout method shown in the video below. It features a different balance system but the process of making the cutout and removing the shoe is the same. You'll just need to manipulate the coil out before the shoe since it will all come out as one piece. Thank you!
