It looks like you need either the series 380 or Series 385 balances. The difference lies in the shoe.
The series 385 balance has the 15-004 shoe which is 1 1/32" deep from front to back. The Series 385 has the 15-005 shoe which is 1" deep. If you measure your shoe you should be able to determine which one you need. Please let me know if you have other questions.

Sorry about that! The shoe is the bottom piece. You can see an example below: this is how you measure the Series 385 shoe. If the measurement is 1" instead, you're dealing with a Series 380.

Your stamp of 26 4 indicates you need a 2640 stamp option.
