Non-Branded Double hung side-spring balance latches needed Circa 1976-1978???

Question

Hello, I am selling my house and need to repair 2 double-hung windows. The side-sash spring latches have seen better days. I'd like to replace all 8 latches and springs if possible.  Can you please help me find the new parts I need?  Here are photos of the windows and the sash parts. Thank you, Mike
