6 inches long center plate, 3 inches outside hinges inch and a half need replacement hinge. This is a aluminum hinge whatever works.

Unfortunately, we do not carry a replacement for the hinge shown in your photos. If possible, I would recommend reaching out to the door manufacturer directly.
