Non Standard Shoe Configuration for channel balance

Question

Dear Swisco:

I need to order two 2740 channel blocks completely assembled with balance top 19-005 and balance shoe 15-001. Non tilt window, 1/2 inch. How can I order this configuration? My bottom shoe is not flared like Series 380 or 385. My bottom shoe has the same measurements as your 15-001. Or should I just order the Series 380 or 385?

Thank you for posting! It sounds like you will need to have this balance custom made for you. Before we begin, however, can you please confirm the length of your metal channel? Please do not include the plastic attachments in your measurement.
