Non-Tilt Balances With No Stamp

I'd like to replace the channel balances for a non-tilt window, but the balances have no stamp. Attached are photos of the plastic ends. The sliding window is 10 pounds. Hoping this is enough information for you to go on, and thanks for any guidance.

This is either a Series 351 or Series 390 channel balance, but I can't tell.
Measure to see which shoe (shown below) your balance uses. Series 351 has a 1" shoe, and Series 390 has a 1-1/8" shoe. Then, measure the length of the metal channel to choose a length.
Each combination of Series and length has a weight range chart (shown on the website when you click the part number) and you can consult the chart to see which weight option holds a 10 pound window sash.
