Non Tilt Channel Balance

Question

I am trying to identify this channel balance. The problem is that the ends look like they may have broken so I am struggling on verifiying which ones they are. It is 1/2" non tilt.

Thanks for your post! Your window balance appears to be a match for the S370-23 Channel Balance. It is assembled with the 19-004 top and the 15-002 1" shoe.

Our 2230 stamp option will support a sash weighing between 12 to 19lbs.
