Non Tilt Channel Balances

The window Balances were in terrible shape these pictures are the best I could get. Not sure about which series they are, a couple looked correct but don't know if I'm missing something.
The Stamps are clear 16-B for the lower Sash & 1620 for the upper. Nothing left of the upper sash cap at the top, hoping you could match it with the lower one.
I will be needing 4 of each.

Thanks!

Jerry

Hi, Jerry.

It looks like you have either our S351, with a 15-002 bottom attachment, or S390, with a 15-001 bottom attachment. Take a look at the image below to determine which balance you'll need. You'll also need a spring strength option of 1620.

If you have any further questions just let us know.

Thank you Emily, very helpful Indeed. The bottom attachment measures 1 1/8", so I guess it would be the S-390 with the 15-001. Although the bottom attachments are a little different, they both measure the same at the point indicated in your picture at 1 1/8" But what about the top attachment, would they be the same for both upper & lower sash on the S-390?

Thanks again for the help!!

No problem, Jerry!

I'd say there's about a 90% chance that your upper and lower sash have the same top attachment but there are always exceptions. If you want to be ultra sure, you can always remove a balance from an identical window to confirm.

Thanks again Emily,
I had already thought of that but there were no other windows of this type in the house. I am going with the S-390 W/ 15-001 bottom.

Blessings To You!!
