Non-Tilt Channel Window Balance (12 Inches long)

Question

Hello, I'm wondering if you will be able to provide a Channel Window Balance to replace the one shown in the attached pictures. It's 12 inches long, 1/2 inch wide and shows a number 11B u.s.b. Thank you.

We should be able to replace this balance, though it will need to be specially made. Before we begin, can you tell me the depth of your bottom shoe? That would be the "heel to toe" measurement. I think it could be either our 15-004 (1-3/32" deep) or 15-005 (1" deep) but I'm not sure. Can you also tell me how many you need? Once I have this information, I'll email you a special balance order link and price quote.
