Channel Balance Help

A quick learner from California says:

Non Tilt Double Hung Window. 

Can you help me find out what parts i need to replace these parts.

This looks like a Series 751 Channel Balance to me. If the metal channel is 29" in length, you'll need the S751-29. You'll need to choose a stamp option. Your balance's stamp code of 28XHD is a little unusual; I recommend getting the exact weight of the window sash that uses these balances. You can then match that exact weight with one of the weight ranges listed alongside each stamp option under the product description on the balance shop page.

Note however that these balances are always in tilt windows, so please double-check that if you're unsure.
