Non-Tilt Window Balances for American Craftsman Vinyl Window

American Craftsman Vinyl Window; Product Line: 2710; Single Hung; Window frame size 52" x 49 1/2"; Purchased June/2007; Balance: 22" long, 1/2" wide; 1" shoe depth; Window sash weight approx. 38 lbs.; Balance code(s) 21 10 & 21 12 BSI. Manufacturer window balances appear to have not been designed correctly for sash weight and have failed numerous times thru years. Please identify correct model # from your line of window balances. Thank you

Thanks for your post! This window balance is a match for the S351-22 Channel Balance. You'll need the 2175 stamp option for a sash weighing 38lbs.

Be sure to double check the top sash guides, at the top left and right corners of the sash, to see if they might need to be replaced as well.
