Non-Tilt Window Channel Balance - Replacement Needed
Hello there. It looks like you have either the S380-30 or S385-30. The only difference between these two channel balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement. Compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. See the image below for reference.
Next, you'll have to choose a stamp option. This indicates the strength of the balance. Your old balance's stamp of 29-9 is from a rating system we do not use. To know what stamp option to select, obtain the exact weight of the window sash. You can then use that exact weight to find the correct stamp option.
