Non-Tilt Window Channel Balance need replacement

Question

Hi Experts,

We are looking for the correct replacement of the window balance.
Mine is 1/2 width and I put S385 2950 AND S385 2650 in my carts and want to double check with you if it is correct.

Another thing is does it come with the Shoe? if not could you help provide the correct shoe I should buy.

Thanks for reaching out! I am unable to confirm based on the photo of the balances if you've selected the correct balances, unfortunately. However, if your balances have a winged top and a winged bottom then it does appear that you could have selected the correct balances.

You could either have the Series 380 balance with a 1" shoe or the Series 385 balance with a 1-3/32". To determine if you've selected the correct series, you'll need to confirm the depth of the bottom shoe.

The balances do come fully assembled and ready for installation.
