Non Tilt Window balance.

Question

I have a non Tilt Channel Balance that is 1/2 Channel width that is 28" Long, However it has a hook on the top and bottom see picture. I am needing help with a part number.

Thanks so much for reaching out to us. I've never seen a non-tilt window use a hook at the top and bottom like this. Can you verify that this is a non-tilt balance? Can you also show me the hook on the opposite side? You only show one side here.

I'd also like to see any relevant components, such as what these hooks attach to. Finally, just to play it safe, please show me a photo of this balance while it is installed.
