Non Tilting Window Channel Balances

Question

I have looked through the stock offerings and do not find a match for my Traco Impact Windows. Thanks to correspondence that I found online between your firm and another customer who must have the same windows I found some part numbers for the top (19-041) and shoe (15-005) components. I checked the listing for these parts and verified that they match mine. The units I wanting to replace are 24" long and 1/2" in width. The channel is stamped 23DSrb38. That correspondence also indicated that these could be made to order. Please let me know how I can place this kind of order. I will probably want to order 6 units of this size.

I agree, Traco windows often used the 19-041 and 15-005. I think this is a good way to go. We can specially make this balance with a 2375 stamp, which carries a sash weight of 37 through 40 pounds. I believe your sash is 38 pounds, but you may want to weigh it to confirm.
