Non folding sash channel balance replacement?

I've got 26x 45 3/8 inch window. I need two, one for each side.lookslike 5/8 width channel thats 3/4 inch deep. Need help finding corfexr replacement. Thanks!

We can replace this balance, but it will have to be specially made. Before we can recommend anything, can you show me a picture of the metal hook at the end of the cord? Can you also tell me how many you need?
