Non tilt 1/2" wide balance 13" length
I searched your website for window balance and couldn't the non-tilt window channel balance for the one I'm looking for (1/2 inch wide, 13" long). Here are the photos, Thank you.

Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help supply this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. The pulley wheel is built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length ending in 7/8" which is what makes it custom. For example, the metal channel would measure 13-7/8" if it was stamped 13-2. Can you double-check the length of the metal channel? Can you also tell us the stamp printed on the metal channel?
We can't promise our replacements will work for you if the metal channel length differs. Just something to keep in mind since custom orders are nonrefundable.
