Non-tilt Sash Balance

Question

The only marking on mine is, 27 3 CU CMC 4. It looks like series 351 but I am no expert. I could not find the name of the window manufacturer. House was built in 2002 and windows are original. Do you know what the replacement is?

I see that your balance shows some resemblances to our S390-28. Look it over and see what you think. For the option you would choose the 2730 for a sash weight range of 13-19 pounds.
