Hello,
The string in one of my window balance springs broke, I need a replacement balance. I have attached photos, the original balance is stamped "25-2 HI5 CMC 50". The metal channel is 1/2" wide and 26" long, I just need the proper replacement with the correct plastic ends, mine has "wings" on both plastic end pieces.

Hello! You could either have an S380 or S385 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need a strength option of 2520. If you have any further questions please let us know!
